Our neighborhood is located near the Colorado National Monument in an area called the Redlands. Country Meadows Subdivision is a community with breathtaking views all around. We are at full build-out with 65 completed homes.
Our Fiscal Year runs from January 1st through Dec 31st.
Our Annual Members Meeting is held in December.
Officers are elected at the Annual meeting in December.
The irrigation water usually comes on in April and runs until Oct.
Annual dues are invoiced in February are DUE 30 DAYS from date of invoice.
Annual Dues for 2024 are $375.00
